Information we collect

Account and registration: your name, email address, organization, title and pass selection.Payments: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive the amount paid, pass type, any support for the film and the payment status. We never see or store your full card number.Attendee release: your typed signature, the date and the release version you agreed to.Stories and questionnaires: anything you choose to send us through Share Your Story or the TWISD2 Questionnaire. These are sent by email from your own email app.Suite requests and messages: details you include when you request a VIP Premier Suite or contact us.

How we use it

To manage your registration and account, process payments, send your confirmation and hotel booking details, plan the conference, consider stories for the film and the program, and respond to you. We do not sell your personal information.

Filming at the event

The conference is filmed for The Women In Security Documentary 2. Your appearance at the event is covered by the attendee release you sign during registration.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the site, payments and email (including Stripe and our hosting and email providers), the Horton Grand Hotel & Theatre only as needed for your stay, and authorities when required by law.

Keeping it safe

Your account is password protected. Only you and authorized organizers can view your registration.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct or delete your information, or stop receiving emails from us. Signed releases and payment records may be kept as required for the production and by law.
